This July, President Trump celebrated Made in America week, and his administration highlighted a number of brands and products still made in the United States. While many manufacturers have shipped jobs and factory production offshore, you would be wrong to assume that Americans don't make things themselves anymore.

In fact, many people don't even realize just how many products are made here in the United States. Here are some of the top products that are still made right here at home.

The architectural aspect of home design relies on a lot of products from other countries, but plenty of homeowners in the U.S. are still buying their furniture and furniture components from American companies. Homeowners are able to find great classic furniture as well as modern furniture components for a more contemporary home design. Though 35% of remodeling jobs in the U.S. involve the entire home, buying furniture from other countries usually isn't a part of that process. From office chairs to comfortable sectional couches, homeowners can stock their houses with American-made furniture from wall to wall.

Though car manufactures enjoy success all over the world, and there are plenty of U.S. drivers enjoying foreign vehicles, there are still lots of great American companies making vehicles in the United States. Currently, there are still lots of auto manufacturing plants in Michigan, South Carolina, and Alabama.

One of the most iconic U.S. products over the last few decades has been the Gibson guitar. From American icons like Eric Clapton and Jimmy Page to any small-town kid learning to play, Gibson guitars have been a steady constant for music lovers and U.S. supporters.

Although there are plenty of toys that kids love that come from all other parts of the world, the U.S. still holds a major portion of the children's toy market. In fact, wholly 90% of the toys that are used in the U.S. are made in Japan, but one American company is still thriving with its toy production. American Plastic Toys has been manufacturing toys in the U.S. for over five decades. With over 300 employees across five facilities in both Mississippi and Michigan, American Plastic Toys produces and sells everything from small action figures to large dollhouses and wagons.

Don't feel discouraged because there are a lot of products in the U.S. that were produced elsewhere. From furniture components to automobiles, there are still plenty of excellent products that are being made right here in America.
