Engineering Manager

Ensure that the engineering needs of the organization are satisfied. Plans and directs all aspects of engineering within the organization, and ensures that all engineering projects, initiatives and processes are planned, implemented and enforced. Develops and implements optimal, cost-effective manufacturing processes and methods in accordance with product specifications and quality standards within the wood manufacturing industry. Responsibilities include using CAD software for drafting and drawing, process improvement, problem resolution, project management and employee training.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors Degree in Business or Engineering field, ERP and engineering systems - Vantage by Epicor and Microvellum a plus, An understanding of the wood industry and the principles of wood manufacturing preferred, Familiarity with CAD systems and software applications as they relate to a manufacturing environment, Ability to successfully use basic office software applications (specifically MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook)

CNC Router Operator / Machinist

The CNC Machinist operates computer numerical control machines to create parts to the specific dimensions. As the CNC Operator you will load parts in one of the CNC machines, cycle machine and detect malfunctions in machine operations, such as worn or damaged cutting tools. You will run production lots, communicate with co-workers regarding production runs, and maintain a safe, organized, clean work environment. •Capable of manufacturing components in a +/- 1/64 of an inch tolerance •Machine programming (Languages: Conversational, G-code, M-code) •Able to read blueprints, job travelers, and instructions for specific jobs •Technical Degree/Diploma in Tool & Die, CNC, or Electromechanical a plus

Sales Representative - Commercial Casework & Millwork

Sells commercial casework and millwork products to General Contractors. Works with marketing staff, sale support, retailers and distributors to develop, secure and maintain sales. Develops relationships with new and existing customers and provides information to maximize sales volume.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Valid Driver License, Bachelor’s degree in a business field required or relevant experience, 3 years of prior sales experience is preferred, Functional knowledge of software applications (specifically MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word and MS Outlook, tablet applications for Apple Ipad)
1st shift regular hours: Monday through Friday 7am - 3pm
2nd shift regular hours: Monday through Friday 3pm - 11pm

Machine Operator

Machines - Profile Wrap, Moulder, Panel Saw, Rip Saw, Thermoformer, Hot Press, Finishing

As a Machine Operator you will be responsible for safely performing machine set ups and operation of the machine. You will also maintain continuous improvement and quality at the source to complete each product to the customers' desired standards.

Cabinet Assembly

1st shift (7 am - 3 pm) Case Goods assembly; core responsibilities include assembly of case goods per print and assembly instructions. Must be able to read assembly drawings and operate a variety of hand tools. Must also pay close attention to details to produce goods to our customers' specifications and quality standards.
