Engineering Manager

Ensure that the engineering needs of the organization are satisfied. Plans and directs all aspects of engineering within the organization, and ensures that all engineering projects, initiatives and processes are planned, implemented and enforced. Develops and implements optimal, cost-effective manufacturing processes and methods in accordance with product specifications and quality standards within the wood manufacturing industry. Responsibilities include using CAD software for drafting and drawing, process improvement, problem resolution, project management and employee training.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors Degree in Business or Engineering field, ERP and engineering systems - Vantage by Epicor and Microvellum a plus, An understanding of the wood industry and the principles of wood manufacturing preferred, Familiarity with CAD systems and software applications as they relate to a manufacturing environment, Ability to successfully use basic office software applications (specifically MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook)

Profile Wrap Specialists

Profile wrapping is a process by which a veneer, vinyl, paper, or foil is laminated onto a moulded substrate (MDF, particle board, hard/soft wood, PVC,etc) in lineal form. As the Profile Wrap Operator you will be responsible for performing complex machine set-ups and wrap multiple substrates for window, door and furniture component markets. Use EVA and PUR adhesives, veneers and foils to wrap MDF, vinyl and PVC components. Ensure product meets strict quality requirements and satisfy daily production demands.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Must be able to stand for 8 hours, able to lift 5-50lbs, must be able to bend, twist, pull, crouch, kneel, lift. Use of hands and wrists frequently
1st shift regular hours: Monday through Friday 7am - 3pm
2nd shift regular hours: Monday through Thursday 3pm - 1am

Machine Operator

Machines - Profile Wrap, Moulder, Panel Saw, Rip Saw, Thermoformer, Hot Press, Finishing

As a Machine Operator you will be responsible for safely performing machine set ups and operation of the machine. You will also maintain continuous improvement and quality at the source to complete each product to the customers' desired standards.

Entry Level Manufacturing Position
